We are seeking a Service Delivery Coordinator to join our Service Delivery team at Active+ that manages the delivery of a range of rehabilitation services. This is a 6 month fixed term role to back fill an internal promotion. This role could be extended or converted into a permanent role.
This role is responsible for coordinating and allocating referrals to our network of health providers and supporting them to undertake their work. It will also support the team's management of the service contracts with administrative duties.
Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager, the role will suit someone with experience in health-based administration and management in a New Zealand setting. The role requires someone with experience as a dynamic, organised and process driven coordinator where providing outstanding customer service is your passion.
Our Head Office is located in the heart of the Auckland central business district, and we offer hybrid working arrangements.
