Active + Service Delivery Coordinator - Health Claims

Active+ is the largest New Zealand owned supplier of rehabilitation services in New Zealand, with over 1,500 health providers across a wide range of disciplines delivering service across New Zealand. We’ve been in business since 1990 and are owned by Southern Cross Healthcare New Zealand.

Mō te Tūranga | About the Role

Are you ready to launch your career in the dynamic world of healthcare? We’re looking for a Service Delivery Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Active+, supporting the seamless delivery of a range of rehabilitation services. This 6-month fixed-term role is to cover a secondment and could lead to an extension or even a permanent opportunity – the perfect chance to grow your career in healthcare administration.

Based in the heart of Auckland’s CBD with flexible hybrid working, you’ll play a key role in organising the end-to-end service delivery for your assigned portfolio. From coordinating referrals and supporting providers, to managing claims, data entry, and responding to queries, you’ll keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll also assist with key projects, ensuring processes are efficient and services meet the highest standards for our clients and funders, like ACC. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach who’s keen to build experience in the healthcare and rehabilitation sector.
