About the Role:
As a Service Coordinator, you will play a vital role in coordinating and managing rosters for clients and support workers across the country. This is a busy, varied role where your organisational skills, problem-solving ability, and people-first approach will shine.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Creating and managing rosters (short, medium, and long term, including leave management).
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients, support workers, and internal teams.
- Ensuring rosters meet client needs while aligning with sector legislation.
- Providing non-clinical communication and support for workers and clients.
- Managing administrative and operational tasks as needed.
About You
We’re looking for someone with healthcare or homecare experience and strong communication and organisational skills.
You’ll bring:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong planning, organisation, and prioritisation abilities.
- A keen eye for detail and confident decision-making.
- Experience in scheduling/rostering within the homecare or community sector (preferred).
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Confidence in building positive relationships with colleagues, clients, and contractors.
- Strong computer literacy and the ability to pick up new systems quickly.
- Self-management skills to organise and prioritise your workload efficiently.
