The Role:

This role is full time working Monday to Friday reporting to the Service Manager, Disability Residential. The Service Coordinator ensures the delivery of high-quality services to the people we support across Palmerston North, Whanganui, and Hawkes Bay.

Based in Palmerston North, the Service Coordinator is a key training and operationally focused role.

  • You will bring your knowledge of the NZ health sector and wealth of skills and experience to the forefront of our healthcare mission
  • The ability to coach and motivate staff to achieve great outcomes
  • Makes good decisions based off sufficient analysis, experience and judgement.  
  • Excellent communicator fostering positive relationships with staff, stakeholders, the people we support and their whanau   
  • Can blend people into teams when needed, fosters open dialogue and strong morale and is committed to upholding high standards of support
  • Can prioritise and work within allocated resources
