Service Coordinator – Child Wellbeing

We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Service Coordinator to support our Child Wellbeing and ACC (MI/RTI) teams. This role is key to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, effective rostering, and high-quality support for clients, and staff.

About the Role

You’ll coordinate rosters, manage referrals, and provide admin support to keep services running efficiently. You’ll also play a vital role in maintaining strong communication across teams and ensuring clients are well supported.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage staff rosters to ensure safe, effective coverage
  • Set up referrals and maintain client information
  • Manage calls and communicate roster changes promptly
  • Monitor staff availability, absences, and timesheets
  • Support audits, training coordination, and general admin tasks
  • Conduct 6-monthly quality check calls (ACC clients)
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity
  • Escalate issues to managers as required

About You

  • Experience in rostering, coordination, or administration
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise in a busy environment
  • A team player with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
