Service Coordinator – Child Wellbeing
We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Service Coordinator to support our Child Wellbeing and ACC (MI/RTI) teams. This role is key to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, effective rostering, and high-quality support for clients, and staff.
About the Role
You’ll coordinate rosters, manage referrals, and provide admin support to keep services running efficiently. You’ll also play a vital role in maintaining strong communication across teams and ensuring clients are well supported.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage staff rosters to ensure safe, effective coverage
- Set up referrals and maintain client information
- Manage calls and communicate roster changes promptly
- Monitor staff availability, absences, and timesheets
- Support audits, training coordination, and general admin tasks
- Conduct 6-monthly quality check calls (ACC clients)
- Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity
- Escalate issues to managers as required
About You
- Experience in rostering, coordination, or administration
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to prioritise in a busy environment
- A team player with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
