Service Advisor - Fixed term
TRC Toyota Masterton is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team on a fixed-term parental leave contract, commencing around early October 2026 and expected to run until approximately August 2027.

Key responsibilities include:
- Managing customer service bookings and enquiries
- Greeting customers and coordinating vehicle check-ins and collections
- Preparing service estimates, invoices and processing payments
- Liaising with technicians and workshop staff to ensure work is completed on time
- Keeping customers informed throughout the service process
- Identifying opportunities for additional maintenance or repair work
- Supporting Toyota customer satisfaction initiatives and survey outcomes
- Maintaining accurate customer and vehicle records
- Assisting with customer follow-up and future service bookings.
We are looking for someone who will fit into our team, can follow process, has a good sense of humour and a clean driver's licence with the ability to confidently drive both manual and automatic vehicles.
