Service Advisor - Fixed Term (Maternity Leave)
Northland Toyota is seeking a Service Advisor on a fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and driven by results.
The Service Advisor is responsible for leading the customer service experience within our service department. This role involves providing advice and recommendations to our customers about the service and repair of their vehicles, always ensuring that the customer’s experience is of the highest standard. The Service Advisor will need to be able to handle customer inquiries and confidently provide accurate and timely information.
The key responsibilities of the Service Advisor.
- Answering customer inquiries and providing advice and recommendations relating to the service and repair of their vehicles
- Making bookings for service and repairs
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service
- Maintaining an accurate record of customer interactions
- Identifying and addressing customer concerns.
- Always maintain a professional and friendly manner with customers
- Updating customer records and managing customer accounts
- Liaising with workshop staff to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Creating and maintaining relationships with our clients
About You
- Previous experience within the automotive industry is an advantage.
- Able to work to a high standard in a busy and high-pressure environment.
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent time management
- Full New Zealand Driver’s license
- Ability to work Saturdays as per roster.
The end date of the fixed-term role is 31st March 2025
The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator with exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills. They will be able to work independently and handle multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of quality and accuracy.
