Due to continued growth, Northland Toyota is seeking an additional Service Advisor. We are looking for an individual passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and driven by results.
The Service Advisor is responsible for leading the customer service experience within our service department. This role involves providing advice and recommendations to our customers about the service and repair of their vehicles, always ensuring that the customer’s experience is of the highest standard. The Service Advisor will need to be able to handle customer inquiries and confidently provide accurate and timely information.
