About the Role:

We’re looking for a professional and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our Mitsubishi and Nissan team in Cambridge. In this role, you’ll be the crucial link between our customers and the workshop, ensuring every vehicle service runs smoothly, from booking to completion. You'll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining strong relationships, and supporting workshop efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and manage vehicle check-in/check-out
  • Coordinate service bookings and workshop schedules
  • Communicate clearly with customers and technicians
  • Prepare accurate service quotes and invoices
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
  • Promote additional products and services


What you'll need to succeed:

  • 2 - 3 years’ experience in customer service or a service advisor role
  • A friendly, professional manner with excellent communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Tech-savvy with basic admin and invoicing skills
  • Full NZ driver’s licence
  • NZ residency or a valid work visa
