Service Administrator - Mount Maunganui

We’re looking for an experienced Service Administrator to join our busy Mt Maunganui workshop.
This is a key role at the heart of our service department—keeping the workshop running smoothly, supporting technicians, and ensuring customers receive a professional, timely experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Be the first point of contact for customer enquiries
- Monitor and track work in progress across the workshop
- Liaise closely with technicians and the Foreman to keep jobs on track
- Ensure all jobs are accurately costed, closed, and invoiced on time
- Maintain service records and workshop systems
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the service team
What You’ll Bring
- Previous experience in a Service Administrator role (automotive or heavy transport preferred)
- At least 3 years’ administration experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and picking up new systems quickly
- Excellent communication skills and a professional approach
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- A positive attitude and team-first mindset
Experience in a dealership or workshop environment will give you an edge.
