This is a full-time position that offers a wide range of tasks, where no two days will ever be the same! 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Customer Service: Creating service bookings, updating clients on their vehicles, and handling phone and email inquiries with a friendly attitude.
  • Data & Accuracy: Managing data entry, processing invoices, keeping customer records accurate, and handling daily paperwork.
  • Workshop Coordination: Scheduling updates and helping the service team stay organized and on track day-to-day.

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in hospitality / customer service where you have a real flair for customer satisfaction.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and a knack for spotting the little things.
  • Great communication skills and a comfortable phone manner.
  • Someone who can cope in stressful situations.
  • Someone who wants to learn and grow.
  • Tech-savvy mindset with the ability to pick up new computer systems quickly.
  • A reliable, organized approach with a positive, team-first attitude.
  • Automotive experience is not required—we will provide full training for the right person!

The Details:

  • Hours: Full-time, permanent role (Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 5:15pm).
  • Requirements: Applicants must hold a valid Full NZ Driver's Licence and have the legal right to work in NZ.
