About the Role

We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Service Administrator to join our Nissan & Chery dealership on Auckland’s North Shore.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes, ensuring everything runs smoothly through accurate data entry and administrative support. You’ll play a key part in supporting the Service team by keeping systems up to date and assisting with day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurate data entry of service records 
  • Loading and reconciling warranty claims
  • Updating customer and vehicle information in internal systems 
  • Assisting with processing service paperwork and documentation 
  • Supporting Service Advisors and the workshop team with admin tasks 
  • Managing filing, records, and general office administration 
  • Ensuring all data is entered correctly and in a timely manner 

What you’ll need to succeed

  • Previous experience in an administrative or data entry role 
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy 
  • Good organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks 
  • Confident using computers and learning new systems 
  • A positive attitude and willingness to support the wider team 
  • Automotive industry experience is a bonus, but not essential
