About the Role

Our multi-franchise service department is fast-paced and customer-focused. As a Service Administrator, you’ll support both the front-of-house and workshop teams—managing customer bookings, preparing invoices, coordinating parts orders, and keeping everything running smoothly. This is a hands-on, full-time role ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and values accuracy, service, and communication.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers at drop-off and collection
  • Handle phone calls and service email enquiries
  • Create service bookings and maintain scheduling
  • Quote jobs and generate accurate repair invoices
  • Liaise with technicians and parts team for efficient workflows
  • Maintain accurate customer records
  • Promote Ingham's service offerings and campaigns


What You’ll Bring:

  • Previous experience in administration or customer service (automotive ideal)
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
  • Basic invoicing or quoting knowledge preferred
  • Full NZ driver’s licence
  • Residency or a valid work visa
