The Saucy Chef Restaurant and Northern Tavern are looking for an experienced Sous Chef to assist our Head Chef.  This is a hands on role that will include helping our Head Chef develop and lead our Kitchen team.  You will also be instrumental in our menu design and work closely and lead senior staff members to ensure our Saucy Chef Restaurant moves with the culinary times.

The Northern Tavern is an iconic New Zealand Tavern since 1956 that is situated in suburban Invercargill, being the flagship tavern for the ILT part of your role will will be to assist the Head Chef in maintaining and developing our bar food to keep with modern trends but ensuring we don't forget  what made us famous.
