Senior Service Delivery Coordinator

Active + National Support Office

Active+ is the largest New Zealand owned supplier of rehabilitation services in New Zealand, with over 1,500 health providers across a wide range of disciplines delivering service across New Zealand. We’ve been in business since 1990 and are owned by Southern Cross Healthcare New Zealand.

Mō te Tūranga | About the Role

As our Senior Service Delivery Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our services are delivered smoothly, accurately and to a consistently high standard. Taking ownership of a portfolio of services, you’ll coordinate referrals from funders through to our provider network, support the day-to-day administration of service contracts, and ensure approvals, reporting and key processes are completed accurately and on time. You’ll be a trusted connection point for funders, providers, clients and our internal teams, using your judgement to resolve issues, escalate where needed and keep service delivery moving.

What makes this Senior role different is the opportunity to contribute beyond day-to-day coordination. Working closely with our Contracts and Performance Managers (CPMs), you’ll support the effective management and performance of service contracts, including quality monitoring, provider audits and contract KPIs. You’ll also be a key source of support, guidance and training for the Service Delivery Coordinator team on portfolio-related matters, helping build capability and consistency across the team. Alongside this, you’ll contribute to projects and continuous improvement initiatives, looking for smarter and more efficient ways of working and making a broader contribution to how our services perform and evolve.

This is a full-time permanent position based in our Active + National Support Office in the Auckland CBD.
