This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Enterprise Project Management Office (ePMO) and lead one of Southern Cross Healthcare's most significant business transformation programmes.
You'll take ownership of the implementation of our new Dayforce HRIS platform, delivering a high-profile, enterprise-wide programme that will transform the way we support our people. Working alongside Executive leaders, senior stakeholders, business SMEs, and delivery partners, you'll lead the implementation through to successful delivery while managing scope, budget, timelines, risks, and vendor performance.
This role offers exceptional visibility across the organisation and the opportunity to influence a programme that will have lasting impact. Beyond the immediate project, you'll join a team that is focused on strengthening enterprise delivery capability, providing the opportunity to contribute to future strategic initiatives across Southern Cross Healthcare.
This is a full-time contractor role based in our National Support Office in the Auckland CBD.
