You’ll bring tenacity and drive to make a difference and your strong Product Management background will enable you to recognise opportunities and drive change. 

You’ll be responsible for managing and leading our Cards and Payments portfolio, covering Credit and Debit cards, and International Payments.  There’s also opportunity to participate more broadly within the Product team and the wider organisation as we embark on helping customers Bank Better Everyday.

Equally comfortable with the financials as you are with strategy development and implementation, this is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned Senior Product Manager who wants to make a difference. We are open to candidates from Wellington and Auckland, either working from our Wellington Head Office (Te Waka) or Takapuna Customer Hub. 

Key responsibilities:

  • Own the product management function for key portfolios, including management of external services and scheme relationships
  • Lead the development and implementation of product enhancements & identify product strategies to improve the customer experience 
  • Own the financial & risk management elements of your product portfolio
  • Have a deep understanding of the operational elements that underpin the product delivery and customer experience. In particular, a strong working knowledge of card payments and scheme relationships would be beneficial
  • Work cross functionally within the Product team and the wider business to deliver enhancements to the proposition with the wider team and the business to simplify or deliver new products.
