A significant opportunity to make your mark at the New Zealand bank that’s owned by its customers. At Co-operative we’re all about creating “brilliantly human banking experiences” and as a Senior Product Governance Manager you’ll be an integral part of the Product team responsible for ensuring that our products are the best they can be for our customers. You’ll bring tenacity and drive to make a difference and your strong Product Management and Risk background will enable you to recognise opportunities and drive change.
Reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer, you’ll be responsible for assessing, evolving, and continuously improving the bank’s product governance framework, driving best practice and capability uplift across the Product team and the wider bank.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned Senior Product Manager or Risk professional who wants to make a difference. If you think you want to be part of an organisation that’s intent on changing “banking for good” then we want to hear from you. We are open to candidates from Wellington and Auckland, either working from our Wellington Head Office (Te Waka) or Takapuna Customer Hub.
