We are seeking an experienced Portfolio Brand Manager to help lead our honey business, playing a key role in our ambitious growth journey. Reporting to the Global Marketing Manager, you’ll take charge of end-to-end portfolio management, delivering marketing activities across diverse channels and executing innovative brand plans that drive business growth.

In this role you will

  • Provide strategic leadership over the honey portfolio of brands including EPD development, go to market planning, price architecture and overall portfolio lifecycle.
  • Oversee the development of communication strategies and local media briefing with market partners and the Integrated Marketing Manager. 
  • Build strong working relationships with internal & external stakeholders, including agency partners and global marketing contacts.
  • Develop and implement “best in class” launches for NPD and Promotional Activations. 
  • Work closely with the Innovation Manager to identify market trends and analyse performance to find opportunities for innovation development and support brand NPDs from idea generation to post launch audits. 
  • Train the sales force on how to sell the product, create marketing materials that communicate product features, and developing the marketing tools and campaigns to attract new prospects and customers. 
  • Monitor and analyse brand performance metrics including sales volumes, market share trends and competitor activity. 
  • Collaborate with our Sales team on NPD launches, category reviews and in-field execution of activity. 
  • Work collaboratively with the Global Marketing Manager and Commercial Strategy team to develop strategy development including one and three-year plans. 
  • Support portfolio packaging renovation projects from briefing to validation, implementation and changeover management. 
  • Support our in-market teams to develop and implement above the line and below the line activities for new product launches, including media campaigns, POS, and consumer promotion plans. 
  • Support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting and manage monthly A&P spend. 

What you'll bring

  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Commerce, Business or related field
  • 8+ years’ experience in brand or portfolio marketing roles
  • Proven commercial marketing expertise, including revenue delivery, budget ownership, and ROI-driven decisions
  • Strong strategic brand and portfolio management experience across multiple brands or categories
  • Ability to turn consumer, market and financial insights into growth strategies
  • Experience in leading go‑to‑market planning, innovation/NPD and integrated marketing campaigns
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • People leadership or coaching experience (direct management experience advantageous)
