About the role

We’re looking for an experienced Senior People Business Partner to join our dynamic People and Performance (P&P) team.  This role is full time and based at our Head Office in Tauranga.

Reporting to the Head of People and Performance, this influential role works closely with senior leaders and executives, acting as a trusted advisor to help shape and implement our people strategy. Your insights and leadership will be key to enhancing business outcomes, nurturing a high-performance culture, and ensuring a positive employee experience.

You’ll take the lead on exciting people initiatives, offer guidance to other Business Partners, and provide strategic input on organisational development, change management, and transformation efforts.

About you

We are looking for experienced Business Partner candidates preferably with a graduate degree in HR/Management or similar. Ideally you will have demonstrated knowledge and experience leading organisational change and transformation projects, and a proven track record in coaching and developing HR professionals and leaders. Experience partnering with senior stakeholders is a must with previous experience working within professional and/or corporate services industries would be beneficial.
