About the role
The role of the Senior Manager – Non-Financial Risk is to lead and manage an experienced team of risk experts and embed TSB's non-financial risk framework to ensure non-financial risk is being identified, evaluated and managed correctly. You will work closely with Risk leaders and senior stakeholders to deliver key risk activities.
Who are you?
You will have demonstrated experience to provide advice and guidance in relation to Bank top risks and emerging risks and will act as a reliable partner to the business in risk matters.
Your ability to build strong working relations with senior leaders in conjunction with the broader Non-financial Risk team, and wider Risk teams, will enable you to deliver risk reporting and input into business unit risk fora and risk governance.
A deep understanding of Regulatory and Operational Risk management practices and current regulatory trends in the banking/financial services sector is critical. This will enable effective integration across three lines of accountability and alignment with the requirements of relative risk management policies and standards.
