 As part of our Data Analytics team, you’ll be responsible for working with the business to understand their needs and delivering insights/reporting to meet or exceed these needs. As we are a centralised team for the bank you will get exposure to all parts of the bank from Marketing, Product, Credit, Customer and much more. 

We are on a mission to lift the maturity of data across the organisation in order to make better decisions for our customers and for the bank. We are bringing together a skilled and motivated team to build out our data strategy and deliver this to the business.  As part of our Analytics team, you’ll get to work with some amazingly talented and passionate people. The bank has rich data, and your role will be to ensure that this data can be used to deliver to the banks vision “to change banking for good”.

You’ll bring the following experience to the table: 

  • Advanced SQL skills and experience working with relational databases 
  • Excellent visualisation skills from report design to report development using Power BI or other standard reporting or visualisation tool
  • Experience working with a wide range of data in order to deliver insights to the business
  • Working with databases that contain large volumes of data, including Snowflake and Microsoft SQL Server
  • Previous experience as a Data Analyst or similar role providing insights to the business with a relevant qualification
  • Knowledge of Python and DBT will be beneficial
