UCOL is seeking an experienced senior administrator with a background in contracts administration.  This role supports the management of facilities-related contracts and leases, while also contributing to broader governance and compliance activities across the organisation.  

Your administration skills will help drive operational, ensure compliance, and support best-practice contract management at UCOL.

What you'll be doing:  

  • Coordinate and administer facilities contracts and lease documentation.
  • Provide project administration for large capital projects.
  • Support managers with contract management and compliance processes.
  • Partner with staff to ensure documentation and processes align with policy and best practice.
  • Maintain systems and processes through general administrative support.
  • Contribute to governance and continuous improvement activities.  

What you'll bring:  

  • Proven experience in administrative roles, ideally with exposure to contract management.
  • Strong organisational and documentation skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and deliver practical, effective support.
