Purpose of the Role: Based in Palmerston North or Wellington, the Senior Change Manager - Strategic Projects works alongside the Project Manager, Business Owner and Sponsor to enable the successful delivery of the people side of change for the Farm Building Estimator and FENZ Levy Act project benefits using the FMG Change Management Framework.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Relevant Tertiary Qualification
- Proven experience working successfully with Change Management methodologies (such as Prosci) and delivering change in complex initiatives
- Knowledge and understanding of insurance or financial services industry desirable
- Knowledge and understanding of the project lifecycle
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain positive, professional relationships.
- Experience at leading and managing others to deliver change
