About the role

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our Mobile Squad and play a key role in delivering our digital banking roadmap. 

This role will support the successful delivery of strategic initiatives including Click 2 Pay, Goal Saver, UI/UX enhancements, technical debt remediation, and future initiatives allocated to the Mobile team.

Working within a Value Stream, the Senior Business Analyst will collaborate closely with the Product Owner, Delivery Lead, engineers, designers, testers, architects, and business stakeholders to translate customer and business needs into clear, actionable requirements. They will be responsible for understanding problems, defining outcomes, facilitating workshops, documenting requirements, managing dependencies, and supporting delivery from discovery through to implementation.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of agile delivery practices and how cross-functional delivery teams operate within a Value Stream. They will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities while ensuring teams have the clarity needed to deliver value efficiently. An understanding of iterative delivery, backlog refinement, stakeholder engagement, and end-to-end.

You are an experienced Senior Business Analyst who enjoys working at the intersection of customer needs, business outcomes, and technology delivery. You have a proven ability to gather, analyse, and translate complex requirements into clear, actionable stories and deliverables that enable teams to deliver value with confidence.

You thrive in agile environments and are comfortable working as part of a cross-functional squad. You are a strong communicator and facilitator, able to lead workshops, uncover underlying business needs, manage competing priorities, and build consensus across diverse stakeholder groups.

You bring experience in digital product delivery, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and a continuous improvement mindset. Most importantly, you're passionate about creating great customer experiences and helping teams deliver meaningful outcomes.

In this role, you can expect to:

  • Partner with the Product Owner and delivery team to understand customer, business, and technologyneeds and translate them into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. 
  • Facilitate discovery activities, workshops, and stakeholder engagements to define problems, opportunities, outcomes, and solutions. 
  • Support backlog refinement and prioritisation activities, ensuring the squad has a well-defined and delivery-ready pipeline of work. 
  • Contribute to the successful delivery of digital banking initiatives including new features, customer experience enhancements, and technical uplift activities. 
  • Help ensure solutions meet customer needs, business objectives, regulatory requirements, and operational expectations. 

We are looking for candidates who have:

  • 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst or equivalent. 
  • At least 2 years’ experience in an Agile operating model or delivery environment.
  • Proficiency in business  process modelling with BPMN; experience with BPM tool Signavio is an advantage.
