The Role: Senior Business Analyst based in either our Palmerston North or Wellington office, supporting our digital employee services functionality. Your responsibilities include:
- Assessing, analysing, and documenting requirements
- Defining new business processes
- Facilitating workshops
- Creating backlogs
- Providing support through the Business Analysis practice
About You: To succeed, you’ll need:
- 5+ years as a Business Analyst in an agile environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven relationship-building experience
- A creative problem-solving mindset
- Experience with Workday / HRIS system implementations would be advantageous
