Mō Tēnei Tūranga Mahi | About the Role Wintec invites dynamic and experienced registered nurses (RN) nurse practitioners (NP) to join our Te Kura o te Oranga (Centre for Health & Social Practice) team in the heart of Waikato. As a leading institution committed to delivering quality education, we are excited to be able to offer a 0.5 FTE position within our postgraduate nursing education team. In your role you will:
- facilitate engaging and interactive learning experiences for postgraduate nursing students.
- provide education related to advanced theoretical learning and advanced nursing practice skills.
- contribute toward curriculum development and enhancement.
- foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- stay current with industry trends and best practices.
He kōrero mōu | About you
We are looking for people who:
- have experience and knowledge in advanced nursing practice
- have experience in supporting research.
- have an understanding of Te Ao Māori.
- have a current annual practicing certificate.
- belong to a relevant professional body.
- have five or more years of experience in the nursing profession.
- possess a valid permit to live and work in New Zealand.
