Remuneration: $56,000 - $65,949 (Fixed remuneration excluding Kiwisaver)

The School Administrator plays a key role in delivering exceptional support to kaimahi (staff) and ākonga (students). This role ensures smooth school operations through efficient administration, outstanding customer service, and proactive problem-solving.
You’ll be part of a collaborative team committed to creating a positive student experience and supporting academic excellence.
Ngā mahi | Key Responsibilities
• Provide timely and accurate administrative support to school staff and students
• Coordinate meetings, events, and school activities
• Maintain records and process enrolments efficiently
• Deliver exceptional customer service and advice
• Support compliance with health, safety, and quality standards

You bring:
• At least 3 years’ experience in administration and customer service
• Strong computer literacy and attention to detail
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Ability to build positive relationships and work collaboratively
• Professionalism, confidentiality, and a commitment to continuous improvement
