Sales Rep – Dairy Services

ABC Milking Solutions is an established, growing business supplying dairy farmers with milking equipment, automation technology, servicing, and practical on-farm solutions.
We're looking for a motivated, down-to-earth Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our Rotorua team and look after customers across the Bay of Plenty.
This is a great opportunity for someone who knows the rural industry, enjoys getting out on the road and has a natural ability to turn a good conversation into a sale.
The Role
You'll be the go-to person for our customers, looking after existing relationships while getting out there and finding new business.
- Get out on farm, meet farmers and build strong relationships
- Look after existing customers and provide great service
- Identify new sales opportunities and grow your territory
- Promote our dairy equipment, technology and servicing solutions
- Prepare quotes, follow up enquiries and close sales
- Work alongside our experienced technicians to find the right solutions for customers
About You
We're after someone who's confident, approachable and knows how to get along with farmers.
Ideally, you'll have:
- Experience in sales, customer service or the rural sector
- A good understanding of farming or dairy operations
- Strong people skills and a natural ability to build trust
- The drive to find opportunities and make sales
- A practical, can-do attitude and the ability to work independently
You don't need to be a dairy equipment expert. If you've got rural knowledge, sales ability and the right attitude, we'd love to talk.
