About the Role
This is not a sit-behind-the-desk position. You’ll be out in the market, building relationships, spotting opportunities, and driving performance where it matters most.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Account Management team
· Work alongside your team in the field to drive sales and unlock growth opportunities
· Manage and grow key customer relationships within hospitality and foodservice
· Deliver on sales targets while maintaining exceptional customer experience
· Create a strong, accountable, and high-energy team culture

· Proven sales leadership experience (foodservice or FMCG highly regarded)
· A hands-on leader who leads from the front
· Strong commercial mindset with the ability to drive results in a competitive market
