Sales Manager

In this role, you will be responsible for the delivery of sales targets for new trucks at their Tauranga dealership, and work as part of an experienced and skilled sales team. You will be expected to develop and strengthen current customer relationships, as well as develop strategies to identify and secure new customers in the Bay of Plenty area.
To be considered for this role, you will have a passion for trucks, supported with previous sales experience in the heavy vehicle industry or similar. You will have a strong customer focus, an interest in the technical aspects of trucks or heavy equipment and enjoy the challenge of meeting sales targets. It is essential that you are a self-starter and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You must be a team player and have the ability to work autonomously with high attention to details.
