Sales Administrator (Fixed Term)

We are seeking a Sales Administrator to work within our sales team in Hamilton. This role is an integral part of the business and is responsible for all transactional processing within the Finance department and the Sales administration function. You will be managing all new and used vehicle deals.
To be considered for this role you must:
- Previous experience within a Sales Administration role
- Be able to work independently with minimal supervision and be super reliable
- Be a natural communicator who loves delivering on promises
- Be able to manage your time effectively
- Demonstrated administrative competency
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Meticulous attention to detail
To excel in this role, you will need to be self – starter, capable of working independently with minimal supervision. Your exceptional communication skills and commitment to delivering on promises will set you apart. Time management will be second nature to you. As you juggle various responsibilities while maintaining a keen eye for detail and accuracy. Previous experience in sales support role or the automotive industry is advantageous, but we welcome applicants with transferable skills and can-do attitude.
Tasks will include, but not limited to:
- Ensure all administration processes are executed for Vehicle Deals
- Maintain and process vehicle rebates.
- Maintain and process Warranty Credit Notes.
- Fixed Asset Register Maintenance.
- Adhoc admin and finance tasks.
