Sales & Guest Services Coordinator
About the role:
We're looking for a customer-focused and highly organised Sales & Guest Service Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this varied role, you'll provide bilingual (Mandarin and English) support across our Sales and Reservations functions, managing guest and trade partner enquiries, reservations, and account administration while helping deliver exceptional experiences and supporting Skyline's growth.
This is a fast-paced, people-focused position that requires excellent communication, organisation, and relationship-building skills. The role works across multiple locations and departments, providing a varied and engaging work environment.
This role is primarily rostered Monday to Friday. Flexibility is required to support occasional trade events, site inspections, familiarisation visits, and hosting duties outside standard business hours, including weekends when required. This is an on-site position and is not available as a remote role.
The ideal candidate will have / be:
- Fluent in Mandarin and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience in tourism, hospitality, reservations, sales support, customer service, or administration.
- Strong organisational, administrative, and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- A customer-focused relationship builder who enjoys working with a variety of stakeholders.
- Confident using computer systems and learning new technologies.
- Experience working with travel trade partners, wholesalers, or inbound tour operators is advantageous.
