We are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to join our positive and proactive People and Culture Team. The focus of the role will be to support leaders across Napier Port to deliver best practice HR processes in a company that has people and culture at its core.

It would be great if you have experience in an HR Generalist role - 

• Working with engaged Unions
• Leading best practice HR processes
• Partnering with business leaders to drive consistent performance
• Creating a plan and following it through
• 3+ years’ experience with a relevant qualification is an advantage
