About the Role
We are looking for a Roster & Operations Coordinator to join our team in Palmerston North on a casual basis.
In this role, you'll work alongside our Service Managers, supporting the day-to-day coordination of staff rostering and operational activities to help ensure our services are appropriately resourced and run smoothly.
You'll be involved in coordinating staff schedules, managing roster changes, supporting shift allocations and maintaining effective communication across teams.
We're Looking for Someone With:
- Strong Organisational Skills: Able to manage competing priorities, coordinate schedules and work effectively in a busy environment.
- Communication Skills: Confident communicating with staff, managers and other stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving Ability: Able to respond to rostering challenges and find practical solutions.
- Teamwork: A collaborative approach and the ability to build positive working relationships.
- Relevant Experience: Experience in rostering, coordination or a similar operational role, ideally within the health and disability sector.
- Sound Judgement: Able to make practical decisions and respond effectively to changing operational needs.
