We're on the lookout for a dynamic Risk Advisor to join our powerhouse Business Performance Team within our Organisation Performance Group. In this exciting role, you'll also oversee Business Continuity Planning and the Legislative Compliance Framework, crucial elements that keep our operations resilient and forward-thinking 

He kōrero mōu - About you

You'll be the go-to subject matter expert, working closely with employees and Elected Members, providing tailored and timely advice on best practice risk management. Your mission: to identify, assess, and prioritise potential risks across the organisation, including operational, financial, legal, and reputational risks. 

Ensure our risk management strategies and processes are top-notch, maintaining compliance with international and NZ standards. You'll also oversee insurance programs, conduct audits, and maintain a comprehensive risk register, making a tangible difference in how we operate. 

Your confidence and determination will drive proactive initiatives, reflecting a mindset geared towards business improvement.  You will be responsive and influential, fostering robust relationships across the organisation while ensuring continuous development and refinement of processes and systems.
