We are seeking a Retirement Village Salesperson to join our team and promote our beautiful retirement community. You will play a pivotal role in promoting and selling retirement living solutions within our community. You will engage with prospective residents and their families, guiding them through the decision-making process and showcasing the benefits of our retirement village offerings. Your goal will be to facilitate a seamless transition for new residents while ensuring their needs and expectations are met with professionalism and empathy.

Role Responsibilities

· Showcasing the retirement community to potential residents and highlighting its features and amenities

· Understanding the needs and preferences of potential residents to match them with appropriate homes within the retirement village

· Conducting property tours and providing detailed information about the available properties

· Building and maintaining relationships with potential residents and their families to ensure a comfortable and trusting environment

· Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract potential residents

· Assisting potential residents with the financial aspects of purchasing a home, including explaining pricing and closing procedures

· Negotiating and finalising sales agreements, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner

Skills and Experience

· Previous experience in real estate sales or a customer-facing role

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients

· Strong negotiation and closing skills

· Knowledge of the local real estate market and retirement industry

· Familiarity with various financing options and closing procedures

· Ability to work independently and meet sales targets

· Friendly and approachable attitude with a genuine desire to help seniors achieve an enjoyable retirement living experience

Full training and support will be provided to the successful candidate.  A competitive salary with the opportunity to earn bonuses will be provided.
