Contract: Permanent, Part Time
Hours of work: Fridays and Saturdays ( no late nights)
Location: SPCA Op Shop Remuera, Auckland
The SPCA are seeking an experienced Retail Op Shop Assistant. This is a sole charge role which requires leadership experience to with overseeing the daily retail operations and leadership of the volunteers.
About the role:
Our ideal candidate will:
· Have excellent communication and customer service skills, be solutions focused with friendly and positive can-do attitude.
· Have retail experience, second hand retail experience would be an advantage, however not essential
• Have experience with team leadership and volunteer supervision
· Excellent organisation skills, be able to prioritise and effectively manage workloads.
· Be a self-motivated team player, who is enthusiastic and passionate about animal welfare.·
· Strong administration and computer skills (to complete daily duties and assist with the Trade Me account)
