An exciting opportunity to join our talented and diverse Christchurch Casino Food & Beverage Team as a Bars Shift Team Leader. This role offers the chance to lead a large FOH team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with the added opportunity to step up and assist with Duty Manager shifts, as and when required, which will come with a higher hourly rate.
You’ll work closely with the F&B Operations Manager and Assistant F&B Operations to coordinate the daily operations, support your team, and ensure exceptional service across our outlets, Premium Lounge, Skylark Bar & Lounge, Monza Sports Bar and The Café.

This role primarily involves evenings and weekends, so flexibility across our operating hours is essential - Sunday to Thursday midday-1am, Friday to Saturday midday-2am. Availability over the Christmas and New Year period is required.
