The Saucy Chef on St Andrew, one of Invercargill’s premier dining destinations, is looking for a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team of hospitality superstars. Established in 2011 as part of the Northern Tavern redevelopment, our 90+ seat à la carte restaurant also offers flexible spaces for functions and events. As part of our ongoing commitment to a fresh and exciting hospitality experience, The Saucy Chef is getting a refresh this year. You’ll play a key role in shaping this new space for the community and your next social gathering.
In this senior management role, you will report directly to the Establishment Manager and work closely with the Head Chef to uphold our brand values, maintain our reputation, and drive staff and menu, and beverage development. Your insight into numbers, stock management, market trends, and opportunities will be key in shaping our ongoing success.
