We’re on the lookout for a dynamic leader with a passion for hospitality, creativity, and community.
As the Restaurant & Bar Manager, you’ll take the reins of Two Doors Down, our modern restaurant and bar located on the ground floor of The Langlands Hotel.

What You’ll Bring to the Table
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to build, motivate and inspire a team
- A flair for hospitality, creativity, and creating memorable guest experiences
- Strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude
- Experience in food & beverage operations, ideally in a high-pressure environment
- System-focused with the ability to implement promotions and manage online booking platforms
- Social media savvy with a passion for customer engagement
- A keen eye for upselling and enhancing service standards
- Community-minded with a genuine passion for people
