At MASH Trust, we work together to achieve great lives for the people we support. This role is a key part of our Community Services,
supporting people to live independently in their own communities.
As Resource Coordinator, you’ll lead a team of Community Support Workers by overseeing their daily activities, including recruitment, training,
orientation and task allocation. You’ll make sure the team has what they need to deliver high quality, person-centered support that meets
contractual requirements. You’ll be the go-to for staff, people we support and whānau | family, ensuring support plans are clear, on track and
working well. It’s a fast paced, people-focused role that brings everything together to help our teams thrive and the people we support to live
great lives.
We’re looking for someone with:
· Experience leading teams in health or social services
· Great time management, communication, and collaboration skills
· Current and full NZ Driver’s License as you’ll be out and about
· Experience with rostering is an advantage
