About the role
The Resilience Lead is responsible for leading and continuously improving TSB’s IT Operational Resilience capabilities to maximise critical systems availability and recoverability.
This key role will ensure that core IT services are available, stable, resilient and well-governed, and that ITIL Service Management processes are embedded, effective, and consistently applied.
Who are you?
This role will provide leadership and oversight of IT Service Management processes aimed at minimising service disruption, strengthening TSB's IT resilience and managing IT resilience risk and compliance.
You will have strong, practical knowledge of ITIL (v4 preferred) and hands-on experience as you will own and lead the continuous improvement and maturity of core ITIL Service Management processes.
As a leader you will drive IT Resilience best practice including Availability Management, Service Continuity Management, Disaster Recovery and Backup & Recovery.
