Reliever Caregiver - Invercargill

At BestStart, we are seeking for Reliever Caregivers to join our Reliever Team. Our Reliever Team plays an integral role in the operation of our centres nationwide. As a Caregiver for us, you will have the opportunity to work with our Tamariki and make a difference to their learning and development. As a Caregiver, you will be working alongside the permanent staff and be involved in the day-to-day activities of the class. Looking for guidance of where you may be needed but also using your initiative to see opportunities to be helpful and a part of the team. No day will be the same, as our BestStart Relievers can work across any of our centres, offering a variety of work daily.
What does Invercargill offer?
The largest town at the end of the South Island, Invercargill and Southland are popular for many reasons. The township itself offers a vibrant town centre with lots of new amenities, a tertiary education facility (SIT) and ample sports facilities. Invercargill is a short distance from Bluff, the gateway to Stewart Island and also the Catlins - great for those passionate about the outdoors (hiking and camping). BestStart has five centres located in the Invercargill township. All very well established centres with experienced local leaders and other staff!

You do not have to have ECE qualifications for this position. It is a fantastic opportunity to consider if you would like to gain some experience and exposure to a career in ECE!
