Reliever Caregiver - Dunedin and Mosgiel

This is a great opportunity if you’re studying, returning to work, or wanting to gain experience in Early Childhood Education. As a reliever, you’ll have the flexibility to choose when you’re available while gaining hands-on experience in supportive and welcoming teams.
About the Role
As a Casual Reliever Caregiver, you will:
- Support our teaching teams with the day-to-day running of the centre
- Help create safe, fun and engaging learning environments
- Build positive relationships with tamariki, whānau, and colleagues
- Step into different centres as needed across the Dunedin area
Reliever work is flexible and offered on an as-needed basis. You let us know your availability, and we’ll work with you to match shifts.
What We’re Looking For
- A genuine passion for working with children
- Reliability and a positive, can-do attitude
- Confidence to adapt to new environments
- Strong communication skills
- The legal right to work in New Zealand
Previous ECE experience is helpful but not essential — we’re looking for the right attitude and willingness to learn.
