 Mō Tēnei Tūranga Mahi | About the Role

Reporting through to the Executive Director, Operations, this position is a pivotal role, managing the student admissions service. This is a permanent, fulltime position based at our Hawke’s Bay campus.

Key Responsibilities for the role include:

  • Managing the international and domestic admissions and enrolments functions, ensuring that all applications and enrolments are processed in a timely and efficient manner. 
  • Managing the team to deliver a high-performing, customer-focused service. 
  • Managing the student finance function including Verification of Study for students, internal transfers for changes to study, assist with refund of fees, and debt recovery.
  • Managing the integration of Registry functions with the EIT finance system.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification, and/or equivalent management experience working in a tertiary education provider or customer-focused service environment. 
  • Proven experience managing and leading a team.
  • Proven experience managing, analysing and interpreting financial information. 
  • Experience in administering large databases and competent is common workplace technologies, including the Microsoft suite.
