REGISTERED NURSES - Enliven Central
Enliven positive ageing services create age-friendly communities where older people have companionship, meaningful activity and fun in their lives. Our homes and villages are vibrant and fun places to live and work!
The Enliven Nursing team tell us they’re like a big work family where aged care nursing is “totally rewarding” and “clinically diverse”. You’ll be surprised at just how quickly you could become part of the Enliven family!
We know that making the move to a new role is a big step, so we’ll be there to support you all the way. We can provide plenty of professional support for you to transition your nursing skills to our environment, if you have not worked in aged care before and practical support to help you navigate your new role with us.
About the role
Aged care nursing with Enliven provides a board range of clinical and leadership opportunities in a peer supported environment.
From the management of complex and chronic conditions, to infection control and wound management, from palliative care to rehabilitation, from assessment and support planning to direction and delegation – this role has it all.
You will build long-term relationships where you can focus on holistic wellbeing. You won’t find a setting where the focus is on a single body part – we care for the person as a whole. It’s comfortable yet challenging, and it’s rewarding!
