Why choose Fertility Associates?
A fertility journey is a significant experience for patients, often something they will always remember. Our staff make a difference in the lives of others through caring, kindness and empathy, helping them towards becoming parents. Influencing that patient experience is what makes our jobs rewarding.
If that sound like something you’d like to do, get in touch. Join us!
We offer 5 weeks annual leave (skeleton staff will be rostered over the Christmas/New Year period), along with free car parking, a discretionary bonus scheme an extra day off for your birthday and we offer a great rate that matches the latest Te Whatu Ora pay rates! Importantly, we genuinely care about the wellbeing of our people, and we are a great team!
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for experienced registered nurses who have a friendly personality and genuinely caring nature, are highly motivated, team focused, great communicators, and a passion for women's health.
This is a full-time role, 40 hours per week, with a share of the weekend roster.
Key Responsibilities
Our nurses work collaboratively to provide timely, proficient patient-centred services for all patients. Working with embryologists and multidisciplinary team members, they provide education, physical and psychological support to patients undergoing investigation and treatment for infertility. This position also involves caring for patients in our treatment room and recovery area and requires the ability to multi-task whilst providing quality service.
Ideal candidate skills and experience
If you would like to influence the patient experience, where people often become parents, please get in touch. Note we will only be considering applicants with the current right to work in New Zealand; please do not apply if you can't fulfil this requirement.
Due to the fact we treat vulnerable patients who are high risk for COVID-19 (pregnant women and their babies, and people undertaking cancer treatment) we continue to require all our employees have up-to date COVID vaccinations.
We value the breadth of knowledge and experience a diverse workforce brings to our organisation and strive to be an inclusive team where everyone feels welcome and appreciated. We encourage applicants from all backgrounds, age, sexual orientation, religion and ability to apply.
