Resthaven Village is a 60‑bed hospital and residential care home providing 24/7 aged care services. We are seeking expressions of interest from Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses, and New Graduate Nurses to join our supportive, values driven team.
In this role, you’ll deliver high‑quality, person‑centered care in an environment that prioritises dignity, respect, and resident well being. You’ll work alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team where your contribution is valued and supported.
This is an excellent opportunity for experienced nurses looking to make a meaningful difference in aged care, as well as those wanting a change of pace, leadership opportunities, or the chance to mentor developing talent.
We also welcome applications from New Graduate Registered Nurses and Enrolled Nurses, we believe in supporting nurses as they develop and progress their careers, you’ll have access to our comprehensive mentorship program, working alongside senior nurses who will guide you through your clinical practice and professional growth, a supportive transition from study to practice with ongoing guidance and development within the aged care sector.
Ngā pūkenga | What you will need to be successful:
- Current registration as an Enrolled Nurse or Registered Nurse with a valid Annual Practicing Certificate
- Strong interpersonal skills combined with a proactive commitment to fostering strong professional relationships with the entire team, residents, family members, and support services
- A genuine passion for working in aged care and providing compassionate, person-centered care
- Dedication to continuous learning and professional development.
