About the role: 

  • Actively participate as an effective member of the healthcare team
  • Demonstrate commitment to professional and clinical nursing development 
  • Demonstrate effective leadership of caregivers and ensure that resident care is of the very highest standard
  • Ensure care is delivered in a safe and professional manner and in line with best practice
  • Manage equipment, supplies, and resources efficiently, effectively and safely
  • Actively support the pursuit of Continuous Quality Improvement
  • Maximise the safety of residents and staff

About you:

  • Previous nursing experience in aged care 
  • Have a current APC with no conditions 
  • Be able to work in a team and autonomously 
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
