We are currently looking for a Registered Nurse to join our team on a permanent full-time basis at Te Wiremu House Lifecare, Gisborne.

The Opportunity

You will lead our wonderful caregivers to ensure positive outcomes as well as developing and monitoring care plans, carrying out clinical assessments, acting as a trusted liaison between families, GP’s and much more.

Applicants should have the following:

  • A proven record of high quality registered nursing, preferably in the aged-care sector
  • A current New Zealand practising certificate (APC)
  • Experience providing InterRAI assessments
  • A current First Aid Certificate
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (fluent in written and spoken English)
  • Availability for AM, PM, Night and Weekend shift-work
  • 32 hours per week
  • Eligibility to work in New Zealand
